I have lot yellow stains in teeth how to get white teeth any past which i can use

Go for scaling for stains removal

Hi

Thanks for writing in.

There can be various reasons for staining like-
- excess tea & coffee
- tobacco
- pan
- smoking
- medication

Firstly you should rule out the cause & stop that habit.
Secondly go for scaling & polishing for cleaning of teeth.
If still staining remains then you may go for bleaching of teeth that is whitening.
But this procedure is temporary & lasts for 2-3 months.It also causes sensitivity of teeth.Hence its always better to go for scaling & polishing.
Rather than going for any paste for teeth whitening you may use banana peel by rubbing it on teeth for teeth whitening.

Visit your dentist for further treatment plan.
