Question : I HAVE ABD AND LEG CRAMPS DAILY. CHARLEY HORSES IF YOU WILL. WHAT CAUSES THIS AND WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT THIS OR AT LEAST NOT DAILY. IT HAPPENS DURING DAY AND NIGHT

the fact that your body is not moving and your blood isn`t circulating properly
but occasionally you can get it while exercising also.
*Suggestions to avoid Charley Horse :
-- Drink more liquids preferably cleaner water, lemon juice, coconut water, home made juices,
green tea , coffee, butter milk, rice water etc.
-- Use electrolytes when needed to offset extremely hot temperatures outdoor.
-- Always replenish electrolyte stores after a workout.
-- Take care of your muscles @stretch @ YOGA @ Baths in Epsom salt.
-- Avoid unnecessary medications for other purposes.
-- Avoid too much exercise / holding muscle in same position for long time.
-- Ditch the heels and stick to flats.
-- Avoid smoking / tobacco / abuse substances if taking in any form.

-- When in bed or sitting - stand up to promote blood flow & kickstart circulation
