                                    Brief Answer:
Probable Valvular heart disease?
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
As per your echo findings ,you probably seem to have an organic mitral valvular disease primarily.
This MR is mitral regurgitation, which implies loose mitral valve causing backward flow of blood into the lungs and subsequently into the right side of the heart leading to TR ,PR and mild pah-pulmonary arterial hypertension.
The cause of this Primary MR has to be determined and subsequent treatment is directed accordingly.
I advise you to have a baseline ecg and consult your cardiologist .
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Surgical correction will offer cure to large extent.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
This is really not a serious concern.
This has definitive medical as well as surgical management options.
Surgical repair like valvuloplasty and valvotomy are the curative options.
Surgical measures taken before the progression of PAH will offer good results.
You can lead a healthy life ,with these treatment options.
Thank you.

                                    Brief Answer:
Yes its a wise option at the moment
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Your Doctor has preferred to wait and watch the heart valve changes.
This is a wise option.
Generally a follow up Echo is advocated on semiannual basis.
You can discuss the same with your doctor as well.
Thank you.
