Question : About 6 months ago my foreskin tore, so I did not masturbate for a month or stretch my foreskin to just let it heal. In that time my foreskin has gotten a white ring around it, causing pain to pull back and I cannot pull it back all the way. Also I am noticing some small cuts on the white area. Not sure what to do, I have been looking around and the only thing I have thought off is to use an anti fungal cream but not sure if that is the right solution.

Brief Answer:
You have developed what is called as Phimosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for query.

Based on the facts that you have posted I would say that you have developed what is called as Phimosis secondary to infection of foreskin (Posthatitis)

Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical assessment .
You may need to get circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.
