Dear Friend
This is Chronic Kidney Disease as a complication of Polycystic Kidney Disease with which brain aneursyms are aasociated.
Fact is that eventually you would require hemodialysis or kidney (Renal) transplant.
Unfortunately, many patients develop cysts even on the transplanted kidney.
I understand that you don't have any symptoms, but you should begin with dialysis so as to prevent other complications.
Once you are on dialysis, your tiredness would eventually improve. You can also opy for peritoneal dialysis.
Now i am coming to your question, in case you still don't want to go for dialysis, you can observe following, which helps in preventing further damage to kidneys, but won't help much at your status.
1. Take low protein diet.
2. Reduce dairy products in your diet.
3. Further control of Blood Pressure. Discuss with your doctor about adding Prazosin for a better BP control.
4. Get intact Parathormone levels done.
5. Don't take any pain killers.
If the blood urea and creatinine levels gets very high, a person develops ureamic symptoms, which becomes a medical emergency. Following are common symptoms:
1. Hiccups
2. Vomitings
3. Breathlessless
4. Altered Sensorium
5. Seizures
6. Reduced Urine output.
I would as a doctor , as a friend and as a well wisher would advise you to look for options for dialysis and start on that.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
