Brief Answer:
reduce fat intake and do exercises

Detailed Answer:
Dear Shaleshkumar, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

I understand your concerns about your cholesterol levels. I have gone through the uploaded report. Your cholesterol levels are at border line and you need to control it at that level and bring it below 200 mg%. You need to do the following
1 reduce your fat intake like oil, ghee and cream products
2 avoid fried food items
3 start physical exercises like walking, jogging or running and playing some game
4 reduce your carbohydrate intake specially sugar and sweet items
5 you should target weight loss if you are obese. (Please mention your height in follow up queries, so that I can tell you about your ideal weight, if you are obese)

However let me tell you that your cholesterol levels are not very high, so you need not be very strict about these advises. You can take occasional breaks from your exercises or can eat the food which you like. However a reasonable control is required. Repeat the tests after 3 months. You will see the improvement.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to us for follow up queries. I wish you good health. Thanks
