you are having early ejaculation. To learn to control ejaculation ,following are helpful
1- kegel's Exercises- tighten your pelvic muscles as if to hold urine, hold for 10 seconds and release . Repeat it for 10 seconds which forms one cycle. Repeat this cycle for 15 times twice a day.
2- 30 minutes brisk walk daily.
3- SSRI like Dapoxetine 30 mg 1 hour before sex
4- increase your stamina

Dapoxetine can cause stomach upset, constipation, acidity, delay in passing urine or anxiety . Tigon is not a medicine .If I am not aware, kindly write the salt it contains .
