Question : Dear sir/madam if there any chance to increase my baby weight around 1 kg in10 days if yes then please send me diet chart to giant my bay weight in 8 .5 month pregnancy

Hello Mr. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is possibility of increase in baby weight by a kilogram in this much time.
Moreover if the baby is growth retarded then the problem is with placenta's blood supply which cannot be increased at this stage.
Still best management for her will be alamine infusions on alternate days till delivery.
Alamine has all essential amino acids which are the building blocks of body.
Also she should have good rest at night and in afternoon along with ample amount of water and diet.
In diet she should regularly take almonds, walnuts, milk, soyabean and green vegetables.
These measures will help in some extent and rest will taken care by post natal supplements after delivery.
