Brief Answer:
Thyroxine supplementation needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

TSH is the body's way of telling the thyroid to produce T3 and T4. In case of hypothyroidism the thyroid gland needs more stimulation to produce the same desired effect. The treatment is to externally supply thyroxine. 25mcg tablet needs to be crushed and dissolved in small amount of expressed breast milk and given once a day. I am sure that your doctor would advise the same thing. Talk to your doctor.

Regards
