Question : dear sir iam using melacare in that pariticular face turn to redish colour not fully and also no other effects only redesh colour so iam use the melacare are any other product to reducing the pimples on my face please tell me

Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your case history and I can say that your condition is due to overuse of Melacare cream.
Melacare cream contains steroid and hydroquinone and it should not be used without the prescription of dermatologist.
Long use of steroid creams damages your skin in very bad way. It may your skin very thin and fragile (atrophy), increased facial hair and growth of tiny blood vessels (Telengiectasia).
Moreover, it can cause acne-like lesions (acneiform eruptions).
I would strongly advise you to stop any further use of Melacare cream to avoid any further side effects.
Apply Clindamycin cream (Clindac-A gel twice a day) over full face for acne.
Use good quality moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM for better healing of damaged skin.
Use gentle cleanser like Cetaphil Cleansing lotion on regular basis.
Use broad-spectrum sunscreen every time before going out in sun.
Once you are totally off on any steroid we can consider further treatment of your acne.
Therefore I would insist you to report me after 2 weeks with the clinical photographs so that I can guide you along further management.
