Suggest Treatment To Relieve Middle Back Pain

Question: I (38years age) am suffering from mid back pain suddenly from today morning. Pain started in the morning and it became worst by evening. Even I went to office in the morning. Pl suggest, what to do?

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Mid back pain may be due to muscular spasm if it started without any preceding trauma,fever or neurological deficit in lower limbs.
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxants like aceclofenac or diclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Local pain relieving ointments can be used too.

Hello,
I prefer to give 100 mg aceclofenac twice daily with thiocholchicoside.
Drugs can be taken for 3-5 days.
