there are a number of treatment options for removal of wart. most common measures include:
- laser ablation
- cryotherapy
- heat ablation
- surgical excision
i would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an appointment for a consultant dermatologist. he is specialzed in dealing with such conditions. he will examine your foot and will discuss all these options with merits and demerits. you can then choose accordingly.

Dear Dr.
Please advise if there is a treatment with pills available. If I remember correctly when my daughter was young the cosmetologist suggested to use pills of some kind that usually treat the stomach problems but some research has shown it was helping with warts and it did help my daughter but she was taking them for a month. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the pills. May be you can help.

I'm sorry but in my knowledge there is no such medicine. There are some measures like Patches Containing Salicylic Acid which if applied daily for 15 days can resolve the wart. Soak wart in water for 15-20 mins before applying the patch. Hopefully it will help you.
