Question : I just received my first bottle of Renewcol Colon-Water and I'm wondering if I'm supposed
to take it every morning. I've been having problems with
diarrhea and then no bowel movements for days and if I take MiraLax or something else mild, I have
diarrhea again and the whole cycle begins again. Thank you for your reply.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this alternating constipation and diarrhea. I hope this new product would be able to help. Go ahead and consume it and let’s see what we get out of it. On another note, have you had your screening colonoscopy done? It is recommended at least once every 10years for persons your age.
This supplement is taken in the morning. Take 3teaspoon or 15ml every morning straight or diluted in a glass of water.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
