Suggest Ways To Avoid Miscarriage

Question : good day

I have previously had 2 miscarriages and I am suspecting that I am pregnant again as I had a very light period 2 weeks after my normal cycle which only lasted a day and when my normal cycle was due, I never got my period.

I am afraid of going to check with my doctor as I emotionally cannot afford another miscarriage. please advise what precautionary measures I can take to avoid my cervix from opening and resulting in another miscarriage?

You should avoid exertion, heavy work and intercourse to avoid miscarriage.
However, you should first get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the pregnancy.
Ultrasound should be done to confirm the viability of pregnancy.
