Brief Answer:
Get a urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam

I can understand your concern.

You participated in sexual activities around 19th and 20 day.

This is relatively a safe period for sec.

The likelihood of pregnancy during this phase is extremely unlikely.

But nevertheless, I advice you to get a urine pregnancy test today.

This will only help to rule out pregnancy.

Further manamanagement is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Ist trimester MTP can be successfully offered in case of accidental preg.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

The Urine test can be positive from Day 9 post-ovulation.

You should not take any medicine unless the pregnancy is documented.

Once UPT is positive, a transvaginal ultrasound has to be taken without fail.

This scan will identify the location of the embryo-uterine or extrauterine.

Only after this, it is important to initiate medical abortive therapy.

Medical termination of pregnancy/MTP can be offered successfully within first 60 days(IST TRIMESTER) of a missed period with drugs like Mifepristone and Misoprostol. These drugs have to be only under the supervision of a Gynecologist.

You need not worry as the outcome is 100% successful.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
