Question : I had unprotected sex an hour back and my wife is nervous about getting pregnant. We got married last month and have been trying to get intimate but her hymen is very much intact. I could insert only my glans penis and ejaculated without any protection in her. I want to know what are the best methods of avoiding pregnancy without any side effects.

I can understand your situation.
We need to know on which day of her periods you had sex.If her periods are regular then ovulation happens around 13 to 15 days prior to expected date of menses.
So other days are comparatively safe.
But in your case the best option would be emergency contraceptive pill,immediately. I pill is the brand name.
She can take it right now if she is not on safe periods.

My wife has a mestrual cycle of 30 days lasting for 4 days. She got it on 25th in XXXXXXX 24th in July and on 23rd in August.

Now it is better to take i pill at the earliest .That will prevent pregnancy around 90 to 95 %.
