Question: I had sex with my husband without protection .today is the 6th day .Please tell me what should I do to avoid pregnency 6days after having sex?

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do 6 days after having unprotected sex.
The emergency morning - after pill is effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
So now, after 6 days, there is nothing you can do, except wait for your next period, and use protection for the rest of your cycle.

Actually My period should start froms 1st of XXXXXXX this year.But its delayed and on 11th XXXXXXX ,2015 I had sex.So what should I do now? Should I do pregnency test or or what?

My last menstrual period was 1st of XXXXXXX 2015.so it should start on 1st july but its delayed and on 11th july I had sex with my Husband.but still My period not yet started.Sorry for my wrong dates in previous question.My menstrual is regular but some time its delayed by two or 3 days not more than that.After my last menstrual i havnt met with him so it should start within 11th of this month its alrdy been delayed by 10 days.and after having sex still its not happening so I am tensed.what should i do please suggest.thanks
