Question : I have pcos, soon after marriage I was pregnant and miscarried in 54 days. Since then we are trying to conceive but no result. I have taken clome for ovulation tried this past one year no result. Doctor is advising for IUI. My doubt is why should I go for treatment when I have conceived once naturally. Is it possible to get pregnant again without any medication ? I prefer getting pregnant naturally. I am starting to go for yoga classes to reduce my weight. What else I can do? My husband fights with because I have irregular periods please suggest ways to overcome this. I am very much frustrated and stressed. Please help.

Please take HSG test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw your attached semen analysis report. It is normal.
You definitely need to reduce weight to 56 kg. Please visit a dietician and follow low calorie diet. Go to gym regularly under a trainer. Hence I suggest you to lose weight first. This will help to regularize periods and also conceive fast.
Meanwhile get HSG (Hysterosalpingogram) test done to assess patency of fallopian tubes.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.

HSG required
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand what you say. But I have seen patients developing infertility after conceiving. In your case there is a possibility that tubes may have got blocked after previous miscarriage. It is important to detect the same. So the need for HSG. You don't need any more measures. Weight loss is extremely important.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
