suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Ok
So overall your fasting is good.
A diet of 2600 cals should suffice 2100 cals for you, 500 for baby).
You will need to frequently monitor the sugars.
I would suggest avoiding rice and bread.
They are both high glycemic foods and the sugars rise rapidly after them.
Take roti all 3 times during the pregnancy.
An average roti gives 350-500 cals.
So that allows you 5 to 7 rotis per day, with the vegetables.
Avoid non veg for the duration.
Lastly, do not avoid rice bread or non veg completely.
Reduce their frequency to one tenth of what you do now.
Avoid sugars and sugary food.
You might want to look up DASH DIET pattern.
It will give you a little more idea about ratio of portions of various components of food that you can take in a single diet.
DASH is usually meant for hypertensives- you just need to pick the proportions needed to be had.
I will forward you the link to my article on the same for free - http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/insights/DASH-Diet-Can-Be-a-Miracle-for-Hypertensives/301
Just copy paste it and you can read the article.
Recheck PP sugar in 10 days and inform me.
Best of luck,
