Suggest Ways To Control Frequent Urges Of Urination

Question: i have minor concern over the urine. i tend to go washroom more no of times than normal like thrice in one hour.

due to which i am unable to consume more water to avoid going washroom again n again.

any way to control this?

current medication: 10 mg dose steriods
1 claribid 500 antibiotics
for curing my reduced smelling sense problem

Answer: sometimes i feel like to urinate but actually do not.

Looks like Urinary tract infection

Hi,

Thanks for the details.

After going through the details, I feel that you might be suffering with Urinary tract infection as you have increased frequency of micturition along with increased urge to pass.

I would suggest to follow these measures:
1. Drink plenty of water(min 2 to 3 ltrs/day)
2. Cranberry juice, if available in your area, will help in decreasing your symptoms.
3. Syp Citralka 2tsp in 50ml of water will help in alkalising the urine.
4. Get Urine culture and sensitivity test done to know the type of organism and the antibiotic it is sensitive to.

Get back with Urine culture and sensitivity reports or see an Urologist, in case antibiotics would be required.
