Brief Answer:
At this age, over lowering of blood pressure may cause the brain to suffer

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,

I totally agree. At this age, over lowering of blood pressure may cause the brain to suffer from less blood supply.

I would like to reduce the medicines one by one with frequent monitoring.
I think only lisinopril hydrochloride 10/12.5 should be sufficient, but this can be judged only with gradual reduction of medicines.

Please consult your doctor with this feedback.

Regards
