Possible diagnosis: Tension headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Your symptoms are suggestive of tension headache. Tension headache is caused due to stress.
Here are few things to try to help relieve the symptoms
-Avoid stress. Practice relaxation techniques like exercise, meditation etc.
-Get adequate sleep and rest
-Limit screen time including computer, television
-When you experience pressure/pain take tylenol(if not allergic)
-Keep a head ache diary and identify any triggering factors.

I would also recommend your blood pressure levels checked.
