Question : recently my brother age 37 have detected with moderate pulmonary systolic pressure and doctor suggest that there is no medication to same other than performing valve replacement surgery. would like to know where the technology is so advanced, is really there is no remedy to control pulmonary systolic pressure other than surgery.

my brother have no pain in chest and went to see doctor for headache reason where he has been suggested to do 2D Echo by doctor and we get to know about this.

whole family is tense and looking for alternate solution to surgery. please suggest..
