Suggest Ways To Control Sugar Levels In A Diabetic

Question: Hi, my father is diabetic since last 18 yrs, he also had a stroke almost 7 yrs ago, his age is 74yrs and due to stroke his body got paralysed and his left side got stiff, he can do his basic daily stuff but he is getting weaker day by day. His sugar levels are not coming down. Kindly suggest. Thanks
