                                            Question : I have gained over 30lbs since I stopped drinking on 2/28/14. I have cravings for sweets and carbs. I am looking for something to help curve the urge I have to eat.

In the meantime if you have too much sweet cravings you need to cut that too because it might get more fats because of it. Start exercising to lose those extra pounds.
To subside your cravings, you can eat little 1-3 cubes of dark chocolate each day. This will decrease your craving and protect your heart, but remember too much of anything is harmful to your body.
