Question : Dr Seikhoo Bishnoi Please. I am feeliung very apathetic. Now I cannot see XXXXXXX except on XXXX because his Dad won't let him use his truck except for that. So I am alone most of the time again now...I cannot get out because I don't have enough money to take the car anywhere. XXXXXXX lives pretty far away but he wants to live with me...it will be hard to get him to see XXXXXXX as I will have to drive to his house pick him up and then wait while he talks to XXXXXXX My life is so hard. I get food from food banks most of which is inedible. so that is my life now it is getting worse and worse financially and i just want to take pills and lie in bed...I cannot sleep much at all...

I am also very upset about the thing with XXXXXXX If he doesn't let XXXXXXX talk to him or chases him out of the store I am afraid I might end up in a bad situation emotionally again...I don't want to keep living like this no XXXXXXX and no XXXXXXX ..in two weeks or less XXXXXXX is going up to his store to see him. My therapist suggested he call XXXXXXX but XXXXXXX has a paranoid fear of phones and emails so that is not a doable thing...if XXXXXXX only meant a spur of the moment declaration of love to me as my therapist thinks is possible, I will have no will to live unless we can make it to Israel...if I make Israel then maybe the disappointment with XXXXXXX will be less...I am not sure how XXXXXXX can keep running his store while he is in psychosis...it is a good question that XXXXXXX asked me today but I don't have the answer...I just want to lie down somewhere and die..

if XXXXXXX still loved me he would have tried to reach out to me before this don't you think? He no longer loves me I guess....I am crying and trying to accept this fact. He no longer loves me is the most likely truth

Yes, but wait till injunction ends and then send XXXXXXX to Michael's place. He can meet and talk to XXXXXXX As I have mentioned in earlier conversations also he would not chase XXXXXXX out of store and he would not behave badly in my opinion.

In patients of Paranoid schizophrenia gross personality deterioration usually occurs in late stage. They might function normally in some domains of their life. You have mentioned that his store is not doing good so this could be due to his illness. Rest as I haven't seen XXXXXXX so I can't say this with certainty.

He loves you but due to his illness he is away from you.

I hope it goes well with XXXXXXX but i want it to go well with me...maybe if i wait in the car while he goes up to the store that will be a good sign that maybe some time later I can go up to see him..calling him is a bad idea as are emails right now...he always was more sane in person than in emails or phone calls....thanks so much..

Okay. i will. do that. I am also upset because my living situation is not changing. I am limited due to financial difficulties. I did sleep last night and just wish i could stay home today. i have to see the doctor and go to Pat's place...just once I wish I could sleep in...I am so exhausted and that doesn't help me any.

If there are sleep difficulties then you can take benzodiazepines like Xanax. The drug is good for sleep. Even Olanzapine which you have been taking already would help in sleep. Keep yourself busy and this will divert your mind and help in sleep.

thank you. XXXXXXX told me tonight that if there was even one more fight with his Dad he would call me and ask me to bring him over to my place. Legally I cannot have him stay with me except for a visit. His Dad has been really mean to him. I wish things had gone better with XXXXXXX and me so we could have gotten married and XXXXXXX could have been with me too. I trust your professional judgment about XXXXXXX You were also right about Sam's intrusive thoughts and OCD. As bad as it was for him when I was suicidal he never had intrusive thoughts or OCD. Even his Dad wants him to live with me but the XXXXXXX home park won't allow it. No one has to know right away though so maybe if he comes here we can save money faster anf get to Israel. I want Israel more than I Want XXXXXXX if you want to know the truth. Not sure I will get the extra $500 because Sam's Dad might just decide to not pay me. If I get a job in Israel that would be the best thing but I might have to know Hebrew better...so things are happening....maybe XXXXXXX will come soon...
