Question : I have recently changed my job and my working hours are from 2PM to 11PM.By the time I reach home its by 12am and go to sleep by 12:45.I wake up by 5:45.Iam not getting enough sleep and feel drowsy,dizzy etc.
I cannot sleep more due to other family commitments.Will this lead to any problems like heart attack,stroke.Kindly advice and suggest medications,
