Brief Answer:
The symptoms are probably due to withdrawal syndrome and will take time

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have been taking Zoloft for last 1 year and haven't taken the drug since last 4 days. Zoloft is sertraline and is a SSRI drug. Abrupt cessation of drug after prolonged use may result in withdrawal syndrome. The feeling of sickness you are having is probably due to withdrawal symptoms. The symptoms like irritability, nausea, vomiting, nervousness, restlessness, anxiety, dizziness, bad dreams etc symptoms are seen. The symptoms occur in more severity in first 2-5 days. But if you are having mild symptoms as per my opinion you should become ok in a day or two.

Have good balanced meals. Keep yourself calm in cool and dark room. Take milk if you feel dizzy. If symptoms of anxiety persist then you can discuss with your doctor to take medicines like low dose benzodiazepines as Etizolam. Visit your doctor for prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Don't hesitate to ask again if you have more doubts.
