Brief Answer:
yes lyrica can cause such symptoms in few patinets

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Lyrica is second line drug for anxiety when first line drugs are not useful. And it is more indicated when neuropathic pain related anxiety is there.

It can cause many neurological side effects and delusions, vivid horrifying dreams and uncontrollable muscle movements are some of them. However they are reversible and you will be better in these symptoms after stopping the drug.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
