Brief Answer:
About Diabetes diagnosis:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!

To confirm or rule out Diabetes you need to check fasting and postprandial blood sugar and HbA1c (shows the mean glucose level of the last three months).

Blood glucose over 126mg/ dl fasting or over 200 mg/ dl postprandial suggests Diabetes.

Will be a pleasure to help you further.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
