Question: Dear Sir I am XXXXXXX 25 old height 5 feet 3 inch I am very thin I want to gain weight I am working in office from 9 to 6 p.m. i have no time to eat breakfast. I am bachelor. Only morning I drink Horlicks and biscuit but I eat heavy lunch. evening I took some snacks and then directly take heavy dinner. please let me know how can I make it and make a good body and look mature not baby face.

Here I would like to know your present weight which you didn't mention than I will tell you how much weight you need to put on?

You can very easily put on weight by good diet and regular physical exercise
I will be requiring more details for better assessment like
Do you consume liquor or smoke?
What about your parents, are they thin or fat?
Any relevant medical history like recent weight loss or hormonal disorder.

Please follow these guidelines for healthy weight gain
You should do deworming under supervision of doctor with tab albendazole, if not done previously.
You should take 3 large meals and 3 snacks in between
Have lots of protein rich food like meat, egg, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits
you should take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Exercise regularly as much you can which will improve your appetite and stamina
Have multivitamin and minerals supplements

Dear Sir Thank you for your quick reply.My current weight is 55 Kg. I am not taking smoke. But taking alkohol once in a month rarely. My father is slight healthy and mother is average healthy. Could you please send me diet chart. Please note I m bachelor so make the as per that. I want to gain weight and make healthy nature body. I have never gone doctor before for this health issue. I don't have any serious illness in past. From last 3 months I loose wait kg and my waist loose 2 inch. But I am thin from my birth. Sir please reply.

In my opinion your weight is OK as per height and age, still you want to increase your weigh, please follow these guidelines

Do deworming with albendazole as I advise you in my previous reply
Have fat rich food like butter; Ghee and cheese
You can take meat and related products
Try to eat at frequent intervals
You can take multivitamins and minerals like calcium supplements who will help by boosting metabolism.
