Question: Dear Doctor,
My question is i m 26 years my height is five ft eight inch and weight is 64 kg my question is why i am looking like a 15 years boy.My face is completely looking like that. My arms are also small(biceps),small penis only 5 inch. My waist joint bone i don't know the medical term of that completely looking very unusual my belly fat are only on the lower side it shrinks to lower side though i do aerobics 4 days in a week. I am completely frustrated with my body structure my looks and every things that i have.
Why i am not looking like a 26 years adult ?
I have attached a face photograph if u asked me or it necessary then i would upload my waistline and belly photogarph

Ab thorough general physical examination is required to comment.
Only based on the information provided by you, we should rule out any hormonal disorders. For that I would suggest you to see a endocrinologist. They will order few hormonal investigation like testosterone, FSH, prolactin and thyroid profile. Based on the report the management will be decided.
Regarding the penis size, it is adequate sized, the present size should not be a reason of concern.

I have read your reply.But you haven't commented about the photograph which i uploaded. My question to you is this what would be the possible cause XXXXXXX now i haven't had any physical problem yet.I do feel that according to my age i am not been enough matured looking i am looking like a school going kid.I have to have a good erection and enough pubic hair as well as sufficent body hair too. I do have also significant amount of beard too.So as far as my knowledge is concern i will not have testosterone defeciency.My testicle and penis size is not adequate which i do feel.It has not been grown significantly can you say why i am facing these problems.

As i asked you repeatedly that why i am looking like school going kid. You exaggerated and escaleted my problems to such a extent that it appeared to be dubious.what i feel what i observed thats why i asked that question what you replied already known by me .if i hadnt been observed the thing then probably i would nt have been asking you.How did you know that my penis is adequate size as 6" inch considered to be normal.Here i am asking you about facial maturity not by looks.Here i am asking about body structure penis size,testicle size baby like looking face.Very sadly you had replied the problem which could be acctepable.

Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimeters (4.7 to 6.3 inches).
In one study, 45% of men in the study believed they had a small penis, while it was within the range. So presently I would suggest you not to worry, relax, the size that you have mentioned is within the range.
