Question: I am looking so lean, i am trying to become fat, but its not possible for me. can u give few suggestions to increase my weight.?

I have gone through your query. Malabsorption syndromes and parasitic infections should be ruled out first. A stool routine examination will be helpful to rule out parasitic infections like giardia and malabsorption. Gluten sensitivity also should be rule out if you have intermittent loose stools or abdominal discomfort after intake of gluten containing foods like wheat.
Deworming should be done by drugs like Albendazole at least once yearly to eradicate worms. Take nutritious foods and avoid long intervals between food intake. Taking protein rich foods like eggs , meat , chicken , milk and milk products helps you to get quality protein. Body building under an instructor is also good. You can do 3 or 2 days work out in a week to gain muscle mass. Taking protein supplements is good if you work out. Taking foods like tubers- potatoes is also good to gain mass.

Get proper sleep daily. Do stress relaxation exercises like breathing exercise. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths.
