Question : Hi Doctor I am 55 and want to grow breast, I have been a crossdresser my entire life. I am not XXXXXXX But I have reached a point in life that I want whats feels right in my heart. I have purchased Bo and PM pills with no results and I am not going to throw anymore money away at bogus products, I am 6'1 and 225lbs my breast ( fat) measure 48 band with a AA or A cup. I have low testrogene levels and can longer get an erection.

Doing what your heart tells you is the best way to go about life.
If you do not want surgery then medically induced gynaecomastia ( breasts in men) can be got by sprionolactone tablet twice daily. It's actually an anti hypertensive, side effect of which causes breast enlargement.
Please speak to your doctor about my suggestion, one has to Monitor blood pressure and electrolytes when on this drug
