Suggest Ways To Grow Taller
Question: Iam XXXXXXX XXXXXXX My age is 24. My height is 4.11" .. Is it possible increase my height other than surgery .. Plz help me sir??

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Height is constitutional and a lot depends on height of your parents. If you don't have any medical issues, the height you have is constitutional.
Height increases till a age, then it stops increasing as the end of long bones fuse by this time (As you are 24 years old, your long bones end must have fused by now).
If you don't have any medical problems, i would not suggest you any medicine for that.
Some people try hormones, but trust me interfering with hormones of your body can be serious.
Stay away from Newspaper & TV advertisements claiming to increase your height.
Trust me, there is no safe way to increase your height at this age.

Noo.. My parents are normal height.. Even my sister also 5.4".. Is there any use by stretching exercises.. Yoga.. Skipping etc... ( I mean naturally) and is there any use by using homeopathy pills, somatropin HGH, somatrem, growth maximizer pro..( I mean artficially) .. Plz suggest me if any disadavantage..
