You should take a lot of milk and water for adequate breast milk production
In case still not enough then take tablet Perinorm after discussing with your gynaecologist which has a very good effect on milk production
In general play and cuddling with baby increases breast milk a lot

i need to visit dentist as i have a dental problem. will the medicine he will be giving me affect the milk production? or you suggest i wait for few more months to visit the dentist?
