Question : I am a transgender person and am looking for a way in which to encourage growth of my breasts naturally without having to resort to prescriptions. Can you help me?

Welcome and thanks for your query.
You can augment the growth of breast tissue by taking estrogen, anti androgen medicines and by physical stimulation. The breasts can look bigger by developing the pectoral muscles.
Estrogen is available in many birth control tablets available OTC. Aldactone a medicine which is used as a diuretic has anti androgen properties.
Both may produce side effects and should be taken only under medical supervision and consent.
