Brief Answer:
Acetazolamide, Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, welcome to HCM
Gone through your query. First let me wish you all the best.
As you already had pretty good knowledge regarding nourishment, going directly to the question regarding medicine.

The preventive medication mainly includes Acetazolamide(Diamox). 125 to 250mg twice daily, one to two days before starting and 2-3 days after high altitude is reached is good enough.

The medications would be any analgesics like ibuprofen or paracetomol would help in any symptoms like headache. Domperidone for any vomiting sensation would help.

Thank you.
