Question : Iam a diabetic and my age is 32 I have good control on diabetic and my weight is 100 I can take acupuncture treatment to get weight lose please tel me.

The best way to lose weight is to have a regular physical activity and calorie restriction.

There should be a balance between the two.
As a second resort, oral pills of Orlistat can be given to reduce weight over a period of 3 to 6 months.These pills should be taken only after consulting your physician.I generally prescribe these pills to my patients who are unsuccessful in reducing weight by physical means.
