Question : I'm struggling with losing weight on zoloft. I am taking 50 mg for panic attacks. Anything else I can take that will help my panic attacks but still lose weight?

No I have not tried any other meds.
I started taking it 10 years ago.
No change to dose since then.

Almost all anti-anxiety drugs can cause weight gain.
The only drug which is claimed to be useful in such cases is bupropion. It facilitates weight loss.
In my opinion, you can take this drug(under doctor's supervision) with zoloft. Once it starts showing its effects in 2-3 weeks, you can reduce zoloft gradually.
Also, brisk walking 30 mins per day, drinking plenty of water, avoiding fatty food can help.

I work out 5 days a week for 60 minutes.
Does the drug you mentioned help panic/anxiety?
I just googled it and found it's for depression?
