tricks to weight loss:-
1. Drink 12-15 glasses of water in a day= 4-5 litres a day.
2. 45 min of brisk walking in the morning or evening or 20 min of skipping twice a day.
3. eating a balanced norm-carb, low fat diet. Avoid oily and spicy fast foods.
4. Curtail on alcohol and smoking.
5. make a routine to sleep at least 6-8 hrs a day to allow metabolism to work efficiently, with early 8 pm dinners and sleeping by 2230 hrs.
6. Try eating and filling your stomach with 2/3rd solids and 1/3rd water and if possible have smaller and frequent 4hrly meals.
