Question: Hi,

I am 29 years old woman. I am married and we planned to get a child after 2 years since my husband pursuing his MBA in Germany. And my weight is 82 kg and height is 170cms. My weight was raised from 60 kg to 82 kg in 5 years. I didn't do any workouts or walking in the past 5 years. And I am working on computer more than 10 hours a day including weekends. Also I have spine disc problem.
I want to loss my weight in an effective way.

I have gone through your query. You can attain weight loss by high fibre diet and exercise.
Exercises like jogging or walking in 8 Km per hour speed or swimming daily is good.
Avoid junk foods, refined foods, sweetened and carbonated drinks. Replace refined foods like white bread, white rice etc with whole wheat bread, Rye bread and brown rice. Taking oats or musseli is also good for weight loss. Take raw vegetable salads also. Drink plenty of plain water daily. Take 1 or 2 cups of plain water before your main meals also.

Disc problem can be due to long time sitting. Giving short breaks and giving stretching exercises for back is good. Use hard bed for sleeping. Avoid sleeping on abdomen. You can also wear lumbar supporting belt. Loosing weight also helps to clear disc problems.
