Question: Hi. My age is 23. My weight is around 78 and height is 5'9 or 5'10. I want to bring my weight under 75. What should my diet or food habits be so that I can achieve this...with regular jogging?

Diet modifications in association with regular jogging can bring down your weight to desired levels.

Total calorie intake should be limited to a maximum of 2000 kcal/day in the initial 3 months.

For this I advise you the following plan

Drink 1 liter of water after waking up from bed

Drink 1 glass of lemon water with honey

Eat Oat meal for breakfast.Mix 3 spoons in one glass of milk.

At 11 am- Take 2 biscuits Nutrichoice

For lunch _Include Green leafy vegetables
2 pulkas plus 150 gm of rice plus 50 gm dal.

Drink 1 liter of water at 4 pm

One cup Green tea plus 2 Nutrichoice biscuits at 6 pm

For Dinner _2 pulkas plus egg white plus 100 gm rice plus 50 gm Dal

Avoid fried fatty food stuff
