Question : can 10mg or 15mg or 20mg of adderal for an ahdhd child become inaffective after a period of time? 9 year old also taking resperidone 1mg bid. if a child is on 20 mg adderal with persistant symptoms is it best to increase the adderal or add a send adhd med like guanfacine, concerta or straterra?
