Brief Answer:
Please don't worry! These nails are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

I have seen carefully your pictures and I think that your nail are normal and not curved and thicken
Furthermore, you should know that a HIV positive patient could have a fungal infection in the nails, causing thickening and curving of the nails, and splitting or discoloration of the nails, but absolutely this is not your case.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please don't worry! There is no risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing back.
I've reviewed the photos,

Based on your history, having protected sexual intercourse you shouldn't worry because there is no risk to get HIV.

A negative result of HIV combo test is a good news and I think that the fever, red dots on palms and itchy skin are not related to HIV infection in your case.

I suggest to exclude syphilis and later on, to meet a psychiatrist regarding the sleep deprivation and the fear from HIV.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
