Brief Answer:
Unfortunately there is no oral medication that can help her at the moment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I do appreciate your concern regarding to your mother's health.

At this moment insulin is the only way of treatment

The HbA1c level is very high and except of insulin there is no other oral tablet that can lower it >2% per month.

She must start it at every condition because is at high risk for serious complications.

Wish her good health.
Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
