Sir i am patient of 31 years old age. Sir i suffer from daily masturbation activity (milk ejaculations activity from penny) .sir i write this to this site with sexologist doctor. But he says u should have to take the psychotherapist training. Now this problem is discussed with psychiatric doctor i.e. you. Please tell me medicine which helps me to reduce the daily activity. Please don’t say to me that I should consult with u. Please discussed on this matter about on e – mail and tell me the medicine on the e- mail. Please tell me the medicine accordingly one ear deaf person. My right ear is dead since childhood. Please tell me the medicine which increase mental ability.

First of all I like to clarify that I never said you need to consult with me. Being away from you I have limitations of not able to interact directly although I am in position to advice you as per the need.
Secondly regarding masturbation as we have discussed in the past masturbation is completely normal process and happens to almost all of men. Yes there are guilt feeling associated with masturbation and that prevents the person from functioning at adequate level.
The same guilt or fear associated with masturbation is affecting your life and you are repeatedly seeking help. Since there is fear and guilt and you have failed to quit it yourself I think I need to intervene. For this purpose Nexito 10 mg at the night can be used. Since it is prescription only medication you may need a prescription from local doctor. The medication helps in guilt and fear as well as lowers the potential to have masturbation to some extent. In my view it will help you in almost all problems associated with masturbation. In addition it will help in reduction of hair fall as it acts on anxiety and stress.
