Question : 5How can i avoid alcohol withdraw seizure, i get them a lots
Brief Answer:
Need to be on benzodiazapines
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
If you are experiencing any form of seizure due to alcohol withdrawal then I strongly recommend that you are supervised by a health professional during your de-addiction program. You cannot stop a seizure from coming unless you are on anti seizure medications. I usually give tab/injection diazepam for the first seizure and if there is a recurrence Levipill.
I also recommend you to get routine blood tests and a CT brain plain.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
