Brief Answer:
Best to avoid

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms that you have mentioned are suggesting a allergic reaction to one of the 2 foods- maida or chicken. It's usually unusual for a person to have allergy to 2 things at once.

Of the 2, chicken is more potentially allergic. In allergy the best treatment option is to avoid the allergen completely. So I would suggest that you try to avoid chicken. You may try fish once.

I seriously doubt that the maida will cause problem.

The alternative way and not a very good way would be to take anti allergy medicines regularly. Despite that, the symptoms can occur.

I consider avoidance a better idea. Please consider this and let me know accordingly.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
