Brief Answer:
Fiber and probiotic should help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Hemorrhoids bleed when are somehow irritated or ruptured. Usually it happends due to constipation, hard stool and pushing hard on stool.
So the best way to prevent bleeding is to make stool softer. To do that you should start probiotic an fiber supplementation. Please also increase mineral water intake.
To make hemorrhoids smaller sitz baths with Oak Bark and suppositories should help.

Please note that at some point this methods do not work and surgery is the only option.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards
